To import, and create, cascading custom fields(jira multi-list select)

I have categories with subdivisions that I have Jira options, but am unable to import test cases with these cascading list options.

As a... QA/Tester
I would like... The ability to create a Zephyr Custom field option to select from multiple lists
So that I... Can better organize categories that build on eachother

Here it is, but I did note that this is for the JIRA .CSV file import. Note that it ALSO did not work for that either. It is about half way down, under the section “Importing cascading choice custom fields”

Hello, thanks for getting back to me. Can you share the manual pages that say it is supported so I can provide a more accurate answer.

Cristiano, what I don't understand is that this is already in the manuals as an existing feature. The manuals tell you how to import a cascading pair of drop down fields. That is why I don't understand why I cannot do it, why it does not currently exist.

Thanks for your support of this idea. While we’re not currently working on this yet, this is definitely on our radar. In the meantime we’ll track other users votes and engagement with it. Ideas with more votes and engagement will be prioritised for future releases. At this point, we can’t share an ETA on when it’ll be delivered just yet. But we’ll keep you posted.
