Zephyr for Jira Cloud

To add on to the comment posted by "Guest". I feel the same in terms of spending time in adding the pre-conditions, sequencing the test cases in proper order in excel for the test cases exported from Test Cycle of Jira Cloud.

At times, this is very time consuming and have to add additional time for this in Project Timelines.

Either the Order field can be added to the test cases grid displayed for Test Cycle.

OR

Allow the test steps, pre-conditions to be exported when we are exporting the test tests from Advanced Search page where we can add the "Order" column.

Indeed this works well in zephyr for jira on premise, is clearly a must in zephyr for jira cloud.

We need to export the Test Cases developed in Zephyr to Excel.

I currently find 2 ways to do it but they have drawbacks:

Case1: Zephyr -> Search Test -> On the screen that appears click on Export

Case 2: Zephyr -> Cycle Summary -> In the test cycle I need to click on the ... and select Export

But in both cases it never returns the complete information, being that:

Case 1: Does not show Steps, Test Data and Expected Result.

Case 2: Does not show Description, Pre-Conditions and Post-Conditions.

It is required that in a single Export all the information of each Test Case be obtained.
