Should show all jira filters which user is having access while adding test to cycle

When adding test to cycle using filter, not able to see all the filters which user having access

User can see filters which he/she created(Starred jira filters), we have to show all jira filters which user is having access while adding test to cycle so that he can add tests without creating new filter
