Improve default search test execution view

Currently when accessing the search test execution view it takes a very long time because fetching all the project test executions, which makes it almost not usable...

Once again not supposing anything regarding user needs in terms of search would be better, so that page loads instantly and user selects what is needed.

Or at least, not the preferred option but if really a default search is mandatory, maybe limit to project over the last 7 days by default to make search results come faster?

    Yann, this is something that we’ve heard quite a bit of and I’m excited to share that we’ve started working on major performance improvements in Zephyr. It will take a few months, but the team is definitely focused on making the overall performance better.

    I'll leave it with the reviewing status so other users can comment and vote on your suggestion "Or at least, not the preferred option but if really a default search is mandatory, maybe limit to project over the last 7 days by default to make search results come faster?"
