Add the test execution progress widget

This pie chart widget which takes version / cycle / folder as configuration parameter is very useful but not available on zephyr jira cloud, only on zephyr for jira on premise, whereas it could be useful.

This idea can be discarded if the more general widget refactor idea is accepted: Z4J-I-39

    Great suggestion Yann – We’ll take it into consideration for future planning of Zephyr for Jira improvements. We can’t give a timeline for this yet. We'll keep this one in reviewing while we're gathering feedback and votes from other users.
